  • 1Peter3Living is a group for Christian spouses living, and striving to do God's will, in a marriage that is unequally yoked. Together, we will be studying the Bible and other relevant biblically centered books in an effort to strengthen our own faith and encourage each other. Why does that last one being the highest NOT surprise me. LOL!

hello - dineen, for me its lonliness - I must wait and believe - that is my calling today - I have finally made peace with Gods timing - I know His timing is perfect - I dont believe it is Gods Will that it takes our spouses so long to embrace His Son Jesus - but he is a patient God and promises to keep His Promise to us - and because of that, I know, God keeps track of what needs to be done again, and again, and again until our spouses finally can trust Him and embrace Him. My walk to the cross wasnt any different - the only difference was, was that my hubbie didnt believe so he doesnt know what it is like to wait and be patient and hope and believe. hugs, in Christ, Tamara

Because of my loneliness I failed to be patient and wait on God so I started to take things into my own hands. But God took things into his hands and change started to happen with in my husband. I still struggle with the same issues as I had before he was saved but now I have to look to God to help me in choosing different ways to respond. I forget my husband is a babe in Christ and he looks to me for encouragement. It is a new way of life now for me.
