Thankful Thursday

I always love to read Thankful Thursday posts. I try to visit as many participants as possible each week. I thrill to read comments from women about their husbands.

When I find myself frustrated in my unequally yoked marriage, I turn my heart to thankfulness. Giving thanks for my husband can cure a bad attitude every time.

Today, I am thankful for my husband.

He has put up with me for 16 years….need I say more?
He is kind
He is bright…. (I mean scary bright)
He is tall, dark and blue eyed
He is faithful……to me, his children, his parents, his employer, his friends
He loves my cooking….
He thrills at my touch
He is my man

I am a thankful woman.

Have a blessed day. What are you thankful for?

I loved it!!! Absolutely loved it!
You make me smile everytime....yes, I need to "think" thankful thoughts when 'ole sweet man Jeff doesn't cooperate with me---hee hee---as if he should/would/could every time! That's what makes a marriage an adventure!

I was giggling while I was reading your post Lynn. Really. Your hub sounds like a great man. And you are so sweet.

I could really relate to this post being separated from my hubby for the last week while on vacation with the girls!

Hey Lynn,

Thankfulness sure makes life different huh?

God has blessed you. Believing all your prayers and desires will one day be fulfilled.

Thankfulness can always turn my mood around!
Today, I am thankful for:
1. An increasingly faithful spirit
2. My husband who is wonderfully caring
3. My daughter who brightens my every moment
4. The awesome cup of Starbuck's that I just finished!! (sometimes it's the little things too, right?)
Have an AWESOME day!

I'm so thankful for my guy too. Recent events have caused me to realize what a gift he is.

Lynn, thank you for this awesome post! An excellent reminder for me to be thankful more for my husband.

Aren't YOU just a doll?! He's such a lucky guy to have you! Love ya girl.

Well, my guy is short, bald, and a bit pudgy now, but hey--he is more patient with me than anyone I know:-) He has put up with my antics for 30 years, and always faithful. That's something to be thankful for.

loved the post!
Vicki
